Our Sicilian Nonni Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from Nocellara del Belice olives, one of the most prized varieties in the Mediterranean, which are hand-picked and processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve their full freshness.
Cold-pressed using a continuous two-phase system and allowed to settle naturally, this oil retains all its organoleptic and nutritional properties. The result is an emerald-green oil with an intense aroma of fresh olives and the herbaceous notes typical of the Nocellara variety. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with a slight spicy finish, a sign of its high content of polyphenols and natural antioxidants.
Produced on our family estate in Sicily, this oil embodies the authenticity of an agricultural tradition passed down through generations.
