Our Busiate are made exclusively with the finest Sicilian durum wheat semolina and the purest water. The characteristic spiral shape, once achieved by winding the pasta around the “buso” (the stem of the busa plant), creates a porous texture perfect for capturing every type of sauce. Thanks to slow drying at low temperatures, we preserve the golden hue of Sicily and the authentic flavor of freshly harvested wheat.
