Our Moscato Aged Vinegar is a tribute to Sicily’s biodiversity. Crafted from a skillful blend of three historic grape varieties— Catarratto, Inzolia, and Moscatello —this vinegar is not merely a condiment, but a noble ingredient. 

The natural fermentation of the wine is enhanced by the addition of cooked must, followed by an aging process that rounds out its acidity and brings out its aromatic complexity. 

The result is an amber-colored vinegar that strikes a balance between the liveliness of wine and the velvety smoothness of Moscato grapes, perfect for those seeking balance and depth in their cooking.
