In a timeless Sicily, where the wind sweeps through wheat fields and the sun kisses ancient olive trees, two men—Mastru Paolo and Zù Nzulu (Papa Vince)—sowed dreams with calloused hands and generous hearts.
They dreamed of warm bread, joyful children, and a future built with dignity and sweat.
That dream never died. It grew within us—the fourth generation—who now carry the flame forward, turning memory into vision.

Our products
Our products are born from family work, from seasons, and from hands that understand patience. But our most beautiful product is your vacation in Italy we open the gates of our land to those who want to feel its soul. We also produce extra virgin olive oil, pasta, wine, sweets, dessert wines, vinegar, table olives, ancient grains, and stone-ground flours: it's Sicily on a plate.
Olive oil
Every drop of oil comes from olive groves lovingly cared for and pressed with sustainable, two-phase methods.
Wine
Our wine is liquid memory: family harvests, ancient presses, musts and passiti that tell generational stories.
We even produce cooked must, following a recipe found in Nonno's handwritten notebook.
Cati’s Cakes
Our cakes are unique creations, handmade with love and passion by Le Torte di Cati. Each cake is an edible work of art, custom-designed to celebrate special moments: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, or simply to say "I love you." Made with high-quality local ingredients, they combine the authentic flavors of Sicilian tradition with refined and creative design. Le Torte di Cati also offers seasonal desserts, decorated cookies, cupcakes, and vegan or gluten-free options. Beautiful to look at, delicious to taste, unforgettable to experience.
Pasta
Our pasta is made from heirloom Sicilian wheat, bronze-drawn, and based on Nonna Titì's time-honored recipes.
Vinegar
Our vinegar matures in wooden barrels called matri di l'acitu, with slow timing and deliberate care.
